What does ENplus A1 mean?
ENplus A1 is the highest European quality class for wood pellets. It sets strict limits: moisture no more than 10%, ash content no more than 0.7%, energy content at least 4.6 kWh/kg. The result - clean burning, little ash and steady heat.
How should I store pellets?
Keep the bags in a dry, ventilated place, off the ground - for example on a pallet in a shed or garage. Pellets must not get wet, because moisture makes them swell and crumble.
Frequently asked questions
Will the pellets suit my stove or boiler?
Our pellets are 6 mm in diameter - the most common size for pellet stoves and boilers. We recommend checking your appliance manufacturer's recommendations.
What is the difference between the 65-bag and 70-bag pallets?
Both are ENplus A1 certified. The WHITEWOOD pellets (70 bags per pallet) are higher-quality pellets made from a different wood raw material.
Can I order less than one pallet?
No, pellets are sold by the full pallet only - 65 or 70 bags.
